- SORA is a 501-C3 non-profit organization
that is investigating filing a Class Action
Lawsuit against the Bureau of Land
Management for breach of contract of the
1937 O&C Revestment act terms and
conditions. It is believed that a lawsuit of
this magnitude will be costly and take
some extended period of time to
complete, but that the taxpayers should
not have to pay for the government's
breach of contract by loss of services
including cut backs in law enforcement,
county government and further decline in
education funding. Either we defend our
rights now (proactively) or we will be
defending them later (reactively).
